The earthquake

 

The story takes place in a village near by Nepal. A boy named Prabhat was very intelligent and his interest was in science. He love to do new new experiments. 

Once when he was a little boy ,he lost his mother because of a earthquake. So he thought that he will make a machine to detect earthquake quacks ,

 But before that he tries to know the cause and impacts of earthquake. He came to know some natural causes with the help of books. 

Causes:

Earthquakes are caused by a sudden release of stress along faults in the earth's crust. 

• Groundwater extraction – decrease in pore pressure.
• Groundwater – increase in pore pressure.
• Heavy rain.

Effects:

The effects from earthquakes include ground shaking, surface faulting, ground failure, and less commonly, tsunamis.

Earthquakes can have immediate and long-term impacts on health. 

when he understands causes and impacts, he starts on working his project of making seismometer. He tries to make but he was not successful. Then he reads many books related to it and learn so many things. He also read about horizontal monitor.

• After 2-3 unsussesful attempt he get sussess. 
• With the help of that machine he detect a earthquake, and save so many people in his village and near by village. Everything was blessing him and also  get a reward from government for his hard work.
